AREA PREPARATION

STEP 1

Check that the drain pipe is flush with the wall and free of debris (if necessary, cut any excess pipe with a hacksaw).

STEP 2

Verify the internal diameter of pipe is 2”

​

STEP 3

If the inlet to the drain is an elbow, cut and glue a piece of pipe to the elbow inlet with cement glue.

​

STEP 4

Make sure that the wall on which the urinal will be mounted is leveled and free of bumps. 

INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

NOTE.- The distance between the lower holes to assemble the outlet flange could be from 4” to 6”. Before install the flange, place it above the urinal outflow hole and make sure the arms fit correctly. If necessary, cut the arms excess.

STEP 5

Insert the flange into the 2” drain pipe (50mm) and align the arms horizontally.

STEP 6

Install the urinal by fixing it to the wall following the manufacturer’s installation manual or spec sheet.

STEP 7

Hang the urinal in the wedges or mounting screws so that it resting on them completely.

​

STEP 8

Make sure the central slot in the arms of the urinal flange is visible through the two lower holes in the urinal.

​

NOTE.- It is not necessary to precisely align the holes in the urinal, as steel bolts self screw in the flange arms.

​

STEP 10

Use a flat head screwdriver, a wrench or a 5/16” socket wrench to keep screwing in the steel bolt until it is firmly in the urinal arm.

​

STEP 11

Cover the steel bolt head with the plastic cap.

​

STEP 12

Finally, we recommend applying silicone sealant around the entire circumference of the urinal.
